NOTES: Awesome chest day today! Pressing is feeling really strong. The DB Bench just felt heavy today so decided not to try push it and possibly injure something. Did the HS Decline and Iso Bench instead with no lockout. Inc DB Bench with no lockout felt great, going to keep this for a while. Flyes felt great, definitely had a few more reps with the 35s. Pec deck felt good too and also had a few more reps with 150. Great day overall!

NOTES: Zerchers felt really good! Squats, I really should have had that 305x2, I bitched out hard. 2nd rep was more than halfway up. Was so pissed at myself that I dropped and hit that 275 PR. Everything else felt good, pretty brutal workout.
How do you like the DB rdls as opposed to a BB one? I’m thinking of giving them a shot next time I torch my hammies.
Phlegms, honestly I like them both. Id say try them out for sure, i just throw in db rdl’s sometimes or use them as a high rep burnout.
