Yeah phlegms that was my first time doing them and I really liked them. Hope you get access to a squat rack soon! Thanks for dropping in!
No problem dude, your log makes for interesting reading. You are a few months ahead of me in terms of training/strength so you are giving me some good numbers to chase!
Well thanks man! Glad I can be some inspiration. Keep up the hard work!
Inc DB Bench
45x5
55x5
65x5
40x5 (paused, getting a nice full chest stretch)
Pec Deck
somexalot
focused on chest stretch
NOTES: Pretty good session. Happy with the 215 PR. Feel that the strength for the 225 is there, ill put it up very soon. Decided to only try set another PR on the machine press and did just that. Everything else felt pretty solid.
Blaze, thanks man. Saw you killed it today with some sick bench PRs! Nice job man.

How hard/easy was your attempt at 225? Maybe if you took bigger jumps in weight you could’ve nailed it. Regardless a PR is a PR, awesome job!
P.S. you may want to slow down, I need a chance to up my lifts just a smidgen.
Probably got 225 3" off my chest. I think I was already too fatigued. Bigger jump wouldve been smart for sure. Thanks AC!
Watching the video I need to work on pressing the bar in a straight line. I get it about halfway up in a straight line, then the bar drifts back some causing me to lose my groove and have to somewhat grind the last portion of the rep out.

I know the last time I hit a bench PR, I went ahead and took bigger jumps and was noticeably less fatigued compared to how I would normally work up.
Very well then, I will be expecting 235 :)
Damn right you best be expectin’ 235!
NOTES: Great session. BB rows felt great, was supposed to hit a set of 4-8 and forgot, oh well. Good PR still! DB rows were great as well. 2 great PR’s! I absolutely suck at rack chins, they will be kept for sure. Shrugs were good also. Good session overall!

Very solid workout man! Congrats on the PRs!
Thanks man! Definitely had more in me. Got some wicked callouses from earlier this morning. Went to check out a strength and conditioning place that im going to be interning at in the fall and see how they run things. They also said I could lift with them and had a workout set up for me. It consisted of trap bar deads… pic of the callous:
Haha thanks AC! Yeah, have matching callouses on my other hand too. I am really excited about the internship, Im going to learn a ton, mostly about running my own strength and conditioning place (which is my future goal)!
Leg Extensions
Worked up to 160x12 PR and 190x8 PR
NOTES: Wanted to go heavy on sumo dl’s but my calluses tore open again at 315. Decided to rep 225, good PR, coulda hit 30 atleast but the calluses were killing. Everything else felt solid. Not a bad session overall.
Need to stretch and foam roll my hamstrings and adductors. Both are tight and I think my hamstrings being tight are causing my lower back to also be tight.
NOTES: Very good training session. Everything felt good and I could feel the muscles working, which is what matters most. The PRs are a nice addition to that!
