Sounds good man. Meet has been canceled officially. Just going to do the next one in March, which is the first meet I did ever, this year. I’ll expect huge meet PR’s and also coming in at a filled out 220 instead of a dehydrated and dying 198.

NOTES: Pretty awesome back day today! UH BB Rows felt amazing. Got bitched at for my cam during db rows…wtf. Solid PR there though! Will use that same weight til I can hit it for 10 then move up again. Didnt go when the oly platforms were open so no chalk today. Overall good training!
