Did some speed DL’s tonight. 5 singles with 315. Did some SLDs after real light 3x5. Hammer curls to get some blood into the elbows. Done.

10 days out.

Went in today and biked for 6 miles then did some full body bloodflow work. Walked out feelin good. 7 days out.
