Taking any stims or pre-wo stuff? There’s that route. Anything change in your diet lately? Sleep patterns? You started 3rd grade, so maybe that’s getting in the way and draining you more than you think? Solution, drop school.

Or, maybe because you haven’t been eating rice like a good asian boy should (because you’re trying to play it off like you’re NOT asian, your carb levels are down and you’re fatigued from that?

Edit: after watching the vid, 2 things. Is your left forearm the one that was/is problematic? It looks like it get a little further from your body than your right does on some reps. Also, the dude doing presses with the 70’s…NICE ROM, BRAH!

Pre workout I take a stim. Yesterday had a spike shooter, today tried scivations novem. Diet wise, its been pretty solid, yesterday was over 300g protein and over 300g carbs. Sleep wise ive been getting 7-8 hours. Maybe school is draining me a bit more than I think…but thats a bullshit excuse

Class has been draining me a bit, which is a lame excuse. BUT in time you azn body, with the aid of heavy doses of rice and soy sauce, should adapt.
