good job at your meet! those squats looked too easy for you, actually most of those lifts looked too easy haha. so now that you are done with that meet are you going to change up ur training at all to crush some deadlifting pr’s or stick with what you are doing?

Your benches went up quick, the deadlifts looks strong and if anything it just looked like a balance issue and your squats… well… your squats… very well done, you probs could of thrown another 50lbs onto the bar and gone higher in the right pl division trolololol. seriously, great work, and great deep-ass squats

Yeah man, I was pissed about the last DL, but I couldnt have asked for my first meet to go any better! 8/9, smoked my goal and PR’ed! Thanks buddy!

NOTES: 410 went up easy. 2nd rep started to windmill on me a little on the left side (my left side) as you can see and made the lockout slow as hell. Need to work on my lockout though. Good PR’s. Overall solid first day back…right side of my lower back is tight but was weird cause it started to bother me after leg pressing…going to foam roll and ice it.

Haha yeah man, felt awesome getting back to training. Although, I was rather winded the entire session LOL. Need to get my conditioning up! GAWDIWISH 2000 by christmas…BUT then that would take the best part away from training which is the journey we partake in!
Second DL was so hard because you’re not used to pulling without that huge counter weight on your head. It’ll come to you, but nice PR anyway.
And maybe you should go deeper on your front squats.
