As for the pinched nerve, right arm is numb/asleep 80% of the time, haven’t found a good position yet.

Started Deca for 10 weeks @ 300 mg/wk
Truly a bulking phase, diet was on point for 3 weeks prior to starting deca. Enough high rep “work” plus going to run a bastardized version of PPL as I can probably 3-4 days a week. Deca is supposed to be good for the joints as well, really hoping that is a happy side effect. Blood work prior to cycle was on point, reevaluate at week 5.

Walked 1 mile each way to and from the gym. 37 degrees, not pleasant. Too much like cardio. No real energy to log right now. Time better spent other places.
Been a minute since I posted, but I’ve been doing “stuff” at planet fitness 3-4 days a week until 2 weeks ago. Then I hit a 405 squat for a double, 255 bench single just checking where my strength was. Finished my bulk 2 weeks ago up 15 pounds in 10 weeks. Went through 2 weeks of maintenance to drop the water weight from the Deca and ended my cycle essentially at 217 after starting at 209. All in all a clean, lean bulk.
Work wise I took the last 10 days off, and now I’m supervising so hopefully a much milder version of the last 2 months. Caught a job in west TX just 5 hours from the house which is nice.
Life- I can’t describe how happy I am right now. Happy isn’t the right word. At church we’ve been discussing joy and that’s the feeling I get. My wife and I got away for our anniversary, my kids are playing ball and doing well, and my puppy isn’t annoying my wife as much lately, lol. Also, been talking to a real estate agent, we’re hoping to break ground on a new house on an acreage within the month. So truly, I’m just full of joy right now. I think it’s great because my training has been spotty at best. In 10 days home, I didn’t train 1. That felt awesome.
House is still in the same town, that’s just how my family and career operate. I did catch a job 5-6 hours from home right now, so I’ll probably go home and go to church this weekend. Also, you’ll appreciate this, my daughter was baptized on Easter Sunday and I got to be there to celebrate. As a father, it is my greatest accomplishment, that all 3 of my children have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Officially off the grunt list, though most days I still put in some work. Never could lead except by example and attitude.
Feeling good, legs still sore from Tuesday. Probably going to keep a bro-ish split. Legs then Chest shoulders then Back Bis. Do it with my powerlifting emphasis of compound movements heavier with low to moderate reps. 3-8.
