My Journey Back to Life!

Hi guys and gals.
My names stuart and i live in old blighty across the pond.
Ive been scouring the forums now for a while and have finally decided to take the plunge and introduce myself ( so be gentle ok ) Ill keep this as short as i can…

Ive kind of abused my body over the years :-( I started smoking cigarettes when i was 13 and then started smoking pot when i was 14. I fucked school off at 15 as i was so stoned i just couldnt be arsed to get up and go.
I went to work on building sites with my older brothers as a labourer so as i could pay for my weed and help my mum out with rent money etc (dad died when i was 12)

When i was about 16 i started doing other drugs like coke,Es,acid with my mates and after a while i started to do them every weekend. This went on for almost 5 years until one evening i just did way too much for my already ravaged body. 12 Es,an eigth of coke and untold skunk.
My heart went absolutely crazy… I thought that i was having a heart attack at all of 21 years of age so i Called an ambulance and got hooked up to heart monitors etc and they found it was a heart murmur.

I spent the next 3 weeks in bed on beta blockers and evertime i moved my heart felt like it would stop dead.
Needless to say that as of that day i gave up everything that was bad for me and started a new healthy diet and light exercise on top of light duties at work.

Whithin 6 months i felt great  I`d even gone to the dentist ( and had 13 silver fillings )who fixed all my drug ravaged teeth as they were full of holes and were frickin painful.
I joined the local gym and ventured into the weights room and found i had a very receptive body to training.

I went from 9 stone to 12 and a half in a little over a year.Admittedly my diet was shite and i just ate EVERYTHING i saw in the quest for more and more size.
But the fun didnt last long :-( I got a chest infection from the damp flat i shared with my ex and couldnt train and started to loose a lot of weight.

After 5 courses of different antibiotics and no change my doctor sent me for blood tests.
Everything seemed fine…but it wasn`t at all.
I started having food allergies and was constantly tired and irritable. I lost more and more weight and also my flat and my girlfriend and my job.
Moved back home and my condition just got worse with each day.

After 6 months of being fucked around having this and that test on the NHS i found a website called curezone.com.
People on the forum said i may have mercury poisoning and that i should go get a test done at Biolab in london.
I did… and the results were shocking!

My mercury levels were so high that i should have been in a wooden box 6 feet under.
At this point i weighed all of 8 stone at 5`11. My liver was knackered, my bowels stopped working and all i could eat was white rice and vegetables as i was allergic to almost all foods. atahe only way i could go for a shit was to do an enema or colonic (i did this for about 8 months every day)

Basically to get better i had to get the silver amalgam fillings (of which i had 13) out.
This took 4 months and a little over a 4 grand bank loan.
Did you know that a silver amalgam filling has over 50 % mercury in it?
This shit was leeching out into my body 24/7 and was slowly killing me, slowly but surely.

As soon as the last quadrant was done my system started to pick up and through curezone i learnt about colon cleansing, kidney cleansing and liver flushing.
4 colon cleanses,8 kidney cleanses and 24 liver flushes later i felt fantastic

I havent seen a doctor since i took my Biolab results sheet in and told them i had mercury poisoning. Each one said that it was nonsense or that Biolab was not a reputable company and that i sholdnt trust them. Our health service will not recognise that mercury fillings are bad for you even though they damn well know it. If they owned up and said yes it is killing people then everyone would want their fillings changed and that would cost billions.
FUCK YOU NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE!

So i returned to work nearly 2 years ago, met a beautiful lady who i now live with and have decided to give bodybuilding another go.
I currently weigh around 11 stones or 150lb if you like and want to get more muscular.
I started training 2 weeks ago and started the anabolic diet on monday just gone. Actually ive been eating this way for around a year as i have more energy for work this way, just hadnt had quite so much fat as with the AD.

So there you go guys! Im not looking for any praise or for anyone to feel sorry for me.If i hadnt abused myself in the first place i wouldnt be in this mess.
I just hope i can help you guys out with some health/cleansing tips and you can help me with my new goal of muscle gaining.
I`ll keep posting my results and post pics too for everone to see.
Thanks guys.

P.s. The pic is of when i was 8 stone, i don`t look like that anymore

you look like one of those ethiopians in that picture haha - just playing

good to hear youve got your life back on track and are doing well.

You mention organ cleansing therapies etc so i would like to know if you have ever looked into enzyme replacement and anti-oxidant boosts via juicing if you wouldnt mind, i have some theories which are working well for me in my current predicament of recovery, but i think that they could be applied to everyday muscle growth.

cheers

Congrats on overcoming some rather difficult situations in your life. Your profile pic is a far cry from the one you posted in the article. Keep it up man.

Hi Testanabol
Tell me about it mate, at one point i didn`t leave the house for 5 months :frowning: everyone looked at me like i was a heroin addict or something.

So what`s your predicament of recovery?

Not really clued up on enzyme replacement unless your talking about producing more digestive enzymes! This i know a lot about as i had 0 digestive capabilities for a long time :frowning:

And i did try juicing for a few months but to be honest with you i find it highly over-rated.

In theory juicing sounds like a great idea to boost your anti oxidants and natural vits/mins intake.
But the reality is the body will digest over 50 % more of them if those foods are chewed, mixed with saliva and digestive enzymes and then broken down in the stomach and small intestines.
When you chug down a blended concoction of SUPERFOODS or even a protein shake you skip the two most important parts of digestion and assimilation, the saliva and digestive enzyme production stages.
I have discussed this with many people who feel exactly the same way and if you look on the net you`ll find as many for as you will against the idea of juicing. So really its a case of trying both and see what you find best.

I did however find a product which got me through a very bad time during my amalgam removal.
It is called ENIVA and is a liquid vit/min product which is also full of anti oxs. It is derived purely from fruits and plants and one ounce of liquid will give you a fantastic and easily assimilated source of what your after. Its not cheap though!
Think i was paying like £35 quid for a months supply back then, maybe it`s cheaper now so check it out on a google search or something.
