8/6/3 incline bench. Eights week. Conservative 285 1RM. 10 reps on + set.
Superset lateral raises 20x10x5

8/6/3 Zercher Squat. Eights week.
Conservative 300 1RM. 11 reps on + set.

10 minute EMOM Barbell bent over row. Used 80% of guesstimated 1RM of 235

Db Curl 5x5 55
Lying Db Tricep Extension 5x5 50 R elbow not pleased :confused:

Day 3 was supposed to have happened yesterday but the gym was without power. So, even though I don’t take a planned day off, I had a day off. :angry:
