My Generation and the Intelligent and Relentless Pursit of Hawt Abz

WOMEN like muscles. They find a muscular physique sexy/attractive.

GIRLS… mmmm not so much. They might not like it as much but will once they mature.

as for the “whats the obsession with hawt abz?” Abs look good. No one can deny that. But if your 140lbs with abs its not impressive. If you’re 240 with abs then thats a whole different ball game. It’s ok to have “ripped muscular” abs IF you have a “ripped muscular” rest of the body to go along with it.

just my opinion.[/quote]

I saw a guy at the gym last night who couldn’t have been older than 18 or weighed more than maybe 140lbs at well over 6 feet tall who continually raised his shirt to see his abs in the mirror. Mind you, his legs were about 12" around from thigh to feet and for how skinny he was, he wasn’t very lean (blurred abs maybe 16+% body fat).

Abs with no muscle at all looks ridiculous and/or sickly. I really don’t see any girl finding that attractive unless she is 12 years old or younger.

You don’t get extra credit for not eating anything and starving yourself until your ribs show.

I hate it when guys use their shirts to wipe their face at the gym… its obviously just to look at their abz in the mirror and they try to disguise it like its a legit sweat wipe of… pleaaaaaaaaaase

I’m guilty of this when the towel I bring is saturated cuz I’m sweating my ass off…I’m not looking at my abs though…promise!

Of course teenage girls like skinny guys; they’re supposed to be dating other teenagers, and they’re new to the whole business of being attracted to guys in the first place. Someone like Robert Pattinson looks non-threatening, which is perfectly normal for a 14-year-old girl to want. (If you’re 14, you also probably want your boyfriend to be abstinent and a perfect gentleman.)

Funny thing, though; some People magazine came out with pictures of Robert Pattinson shirtless, and because he’s kind of skinny he had that lower-ab V thing going on, you know, a crease going into his pants. My friends were all, “That’s impossible, that’s Photoshop, that’s just not normal.”
