My First Studying Nootropic Stack?

Hello community.

Firstly AFOAF doesn’t speak English very good, because it isn’t his mother language. Therefore he is apologising in advance.

He wants to try a nootropic stack, which contains the following substances:

Piracetam
Aniracetam
Oxiracetam
Pramiracetam
Gingko Biloba
L-Tyrosine
Alpha GPC
DMAE
Ginseng
NADH
Phenibut
Phosphatidylserin
Theanin
Hydergin
Sulbutiamine
Vitamin B-complex

AFOAF won’t consume all at once at first, but will add these substance bit by bit.
Is there something missing? Eventually Vinpocetine?
Will some of these substances have adverse reactions because of another substance?

I think you should start a lot simpler.

Agreed. I would also bet that the amounts of each compound are too low to elicit much (if any) benefit. In fact this looks like a typical ‘shotgun approach’ favoured by people who want to make $$$$, not truly effective products.

Also: who/what is AFAOF (or whatever it is)?

Have you tried maybe a cup of Starbucks coffee? Not sure, but that would be so much easier…:slight_smile:

I only want to know which ones shoudln’t be combined?
I read for example that it isn’t good to use Vinpocetin while using Gingko Biloba.

I used bbb stack and product he recommended containing them. It’s amazing. Fuck the rest. Lol. Oh yeah I also use oxiracetam.

I gave up all caffeine and adderall and replaced with noops. Never been smarter or healthier.
