that’s not a real thing, lol. Bone density is nearly identical for all humans, in the absence of an actual disease affecting that.
Now if you’re talking about joint circumferences, that’s different. Yes, smaller circumferences at the wrists, ankles, etc will make your muscles look bigger, and that does vary from person to person. It just doesn’t have a real effect on bodyweight.
That’s not necessarily true. I’m a world-class strongman competitor. I’ve squatted 560 lbs, benched near 400, deadlifted over 600, among other things, and I have very small joints. And that’s in the 82.5kg weight class… I promise you can be very, very strong and have small joints.
Last thing I want to address is the dbol. I would go ahead and use it. Dbol is very well tolerated by most people. And it’s an oral, so it clears your system quickly. If you decide to run it, and you don’t like it, then just stop using it and you’ll be good to go in about a week. No real harm there. I think dbol is a fucking great drug, I run it every cycle.
You might be right but i cant explain my body weight compared to my body. Its not like i am a beast,no i am not i am just tall and i have good ammount of muscles and beeing 77kg? makes no sense
i am so happy to hear that! It gives me hopes
Thats true it has a really small life so its easy to get rid of it if you dont like it.
With the lean body i have right now getting dbol will deffenetly give away my steroid use xD
you want that though, right? To me, if I’m taking steroids for the sake of improving my appearance, and I don’t look like I’m on steroids, then I did something wrong, lol.
I ll be honest with you i give 0 f’s about that and thats because i want to compete in a professional level so one way or another they will know that i take stuff anyway.
Btw do you a meal plan that you would suggest me? I am a college student and i cant make difficult meals but i can cook chicken breast or rice and other easy stuff.
How many calories fats carbs and protein should i aim for?
without knowing anything about your current diet, there’s no way for me to answer that. I eat in a way that works for me, but I would never recommend my own diet to someone else, because it likely wouldn’t work for them. I eat upwards of 800 carbs every day, and I stay lean. Most people can’t do that.
If you want help with nutrition, I suggest the following: log EVERYTHING you eat for a week. every snack, every drink, even your water intake. Post that log in the nutrition section of this site. You’ll need to share how long you’ve been eating that way. You’ll also want to share your bodyweight history (how much you’ve gained or lost in the last 6 months, year, 2 years, etc). The more information you can provide about yourself, the more someone like me can help you.
That being said, the best way to eat is cooking a lot of chicken and red meat for yourself. Ground meat is fine, I know that’s more budget friendly. Rice is good too. Eat plenty of vegetables to go along with that, as it will help with digestion, nutrient absorption, and overall health.
I also like whole milk to get extra quality calories. Eggs are great too. Both can be very inexpensive. When I was in college, milk accounted for at least half of my daily calorie intake.
i see then i have to do what you say log everything for a week…then we can discuss about meal plans…that will be a pain in the ass.
Thanks for the advices i ll mark them down and follow them
Pain in the ass will not be to count my macros or have a strict diet. Pain in the ass will be the fact that i have to log in everyday in this site and type everything i eat xD
Sigh. It really is incredible to see the disconnect between some people’s stated goals and the understanding of what they’ll have to do to achieve those goals.
Dear god, wait tIl you grow up and get a fucking job.
It might be the language barrier or something. I didnt said that in a way that i cant do it more like in a way that its a little boring and i dont always have access to the internet.
I actually have a job as a life guard,i dont know what you mean. Its not a pain in the ass at all i love my job. Maybe you should change job
