My First Ketogenic Diet

Starting a keto diet.

The plan is to only eat protein and fat on weekdays and then carb load on weekends (with minimal fat consumption). T

It says that I should start the carb load after the last workout (Friday night) with a PWO meal of 50 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbohydrates.

My question to you is: How do I eat 0 or just reaaaaaallly few carbs while still getting my other macronutrients in?

Currently at 180lbs and low 20’s in bodyfat percentage. 5 foot 8 inches. Looking to drop to 9 percent. Thanks for reading !

Avocado, Coconut milk/oil, Steak, Eggs, Pork, Chicken, Fish, Olive Oil, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Spinach, Garlic, Celery, Psyllium Seed Husk, Sugar Free Jello, Crystal Light, Sugar Free Sweetener…

That is pretty much my shopping list.

Its nearly impossible to do 0 carbs but with these things you can get close…
