ok, i had my injection today. After some thought i have decided to have 1 more Test cyp injection on monday, then continue E3D with the test enanthate at 250mg, the reason been is i don’t have enough test cyp for 12weeks, and have plenty of Enanthate.

Are you keeping check of the total amount of protein grams consumed every day? This is key for gains!

i was planning on eating every 3hours, as much protein\carbs as i can, by as much im talking 50g protein 50g carbs, and some good fats, i also got my shakes to help me out before\after workouts and at bedtime. But since u mention it, i used to keep a log at fitday.com, i could easily just continue it. Totally forgot about that, thanks for the reminder.
Now the question is, do you really have to count calories day in and out? i find this very time consuming, my memory kinda sucks ;p

counting calories is way to complicated and will drive you nutz. It almost drove me and I do research for a living.
Just focus on the total grams of protein and use carbs and fat as energy sources to fill you up. If you start gaining too much fat (some caliper test or belt test) then you will need to monitor total carb grams and keep them around 300g for your bodyweight. But it will depend on how well you tolerate fat/carbs.
Main Issue is the protein, remember that AAS have nutrient sparing effects, but will only build muscle from protein.
Also make sure that your protein powder is from a trusted source (sometimes used bad protein) or try to go with 1000g of meat/fish/fowl and let the rest of your protein grams come from 2 or 3 more shakes in water.

Yeah drives me nuts too, especially when u forget what you ate, gets to you when your logging. My body is actually very used to a high carb intake. In my family White bread is eaten at every meal, we cannot live without it this stuff. I also noticed even if i restrict a little carb intake I tend to loose muscle or at least not build any, for that reason i am sticking to high carbs. Here is a link of the protein i’m using

recommended by my friend at my local gym, and since my paypal is stuffed up i can’t buy Biotest products (Arggg). Not sure if its quality protein, but one thing is for sure it doesn’t fill me up like a Metabolic Drive would.

Paypal gives [i]everybody[/i] problems and I wish to God that Biotest would find another method of receiving payment. Payopal sucks a fart out of my asshole and a company this good should use something better.

if my nipples are puffy and not sore or anything, is that the start of gyno or just a sign? im taking 0.25mg adex. Sometimes they go flat, sometimes they go puffy a little. Would appreciate some advice on that, as i read more into it.
Are you taking 0.25 eod? From what I’ve read on here you should be fine as long as the puffines goes back down with your next dose of adex. But I would wait until someone more versed in the subject replies, you may need to raise you dose slightly, or the frequency.
yes my nipples do go back to normal, when i take my adex EOD, I just get scared when i see my nipples puffy for even 1 hour. Also for some reason day by day, im getting more and more scared of injecting myself, I dunno where this fear is comming from (all in my head) but I’m really nervous at injection time. When i first started there was no fear at all, I know its all in my head, But it sucks ![]()
things I’ve noticed
Libido - After 1 week, this is the best .
Acne - Started getting pimples about 1.5-2 weeks.
Pumped - feel pumped , started feeling it 1.5 weeks after first injection.
Strength - A slight increase , not much guessing that’s because of the increased red blood cells.
Aggressiveness - Feel very aggressive in the weight room, Pulling funny faces on heavy weights ![]()
Laziness or drowsiness - i started feeling very drowsy in the first week , but that seems to have gone away now, By drowsy i mean sleeping about 14 hours per day.
Other than those mentioned, not much else. Most of the acne is on my face next to nose, and its small pimples only, got a face foam wash today to help with that.
Just had another test cyp injection. As mentioned in another thread that i have made, the injecting part of this cycle has started to get to me, i dunno why but for some reason i am scared to jab myself, not scared once its in. Anyways today i spent a good 5hours trying to inject, sweating each time. Thanks to johnny for his little advice i finally did it. His words “Don’t think about it , just let your body do it” and some good uplifting trance did it. I hope this gets easier on my next injection Thursday. I’m heading off to the gym now, chest day :D. Im rather shocked that you were that lethargic off such a little amount of test. A bit of proviron or masteron will clear that up on the next round for you. I wont go without that next cycle either.
Im a trancehead myself. Its all I listen to either in the car or the gym for that matter. And by uplifting I hope you mean progressive. hehe
ok my injection phobia has disapered now so I’m really glad. Its been three weeks now and I don’t feel any strength or major size gains, its almost starting to piss me off that I didn’t have a oral kick starter. All I’m feeling is libido and some acne… I know in some it can take up to five weeks, I guess I’ll just have to wait and see. I also got my hands on some clen that I might take during pct.

My strength gains really didnt start to come until the 3rd to 4th week this time around. Now strength is definately up each and every work out.

When I dropped the dbol at the end of the 4th week of my cycle and had no significant gains for the next 2 weeks, I was pretty pissed too. But. Just be patient. If the drugs you have are real, the gains do come. And the gains that take their time to come are the ones that are going to stick around longer, too.

I did chest today which was really awesome, a slight increase in strength on my weakest body part. This made me so happy, i think maybe the test is kicking in slowly, and i hope it only increases. I also weighed myself after workout and I’m proud to say i was 89kg on the scale, thats a 3.5kg gain so far, really awesome. If your wondering what my diet consist of , mostly eggs and tuna. alot of tuna… and chicken when i can
