I’ve tried the straight ketogenic diet a few times before and never have I ever stopped craving carbs! That’s why I now opt for the Targeted Ketogenic Diet which allows for pre- and post-workout carbs. I’ve had a lot more success with this approach more so than any other. Check out the T-Dawg 2.0 Diet if you haven’t yet.
