My Diet; Advice Please

hey i was looking for some advice im gonna post my diet to see what you all think

3 wheetabix with milk which weighs about70 g w semi skim milk
2 scoop whey w milk

tin tuna
workout
2 scoop whey w milk

100g chicken with 5 heaped spoonfulls brown rice

100 g chicken in a sandwich 2 slices brown bread

some form of meat chicken steak etc with veg i might have chicken stir fry but i rinse chicken after

im looking 2 gain some weight as lean as possible im 6 ft 150 lbs which is very slim however my genetics determines that all my fat is around my waist im a 33 waist and about 10 % bf do u think if i gain more weight obviously some will be fat and some muscle that my belly is just gonna get fatter.I was going to incorporate cardio but was told it slows gains.

any advice that could help me would be great thanks

For one, you’re eating like a 6’ 150 lbs guy.

10% bodyfat and you say you typically gain in the ab region? welcome to being a man, you’re nothing special or different from other guys.
