My Deadlift Form

I can’t see your old videos, but based on what I remember, this looks exactly like those did.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to work.

Yeah, I saw that.
In my opinion, that is becouse I did 5 reps, so after each rep bar moves and it is not in the same position as before.
I must work on it.

Thanks, but we should always work on our form, there are always some mistakes we can fix.

Have you gotten stronger?

Yes, but not too much. I had a lot of “off periods” from working out and I worked on my deadlift and squat technique.
Now, with a little bit betther form I can push harder and I will try to be more consistent.
