I continued the velocity diet for another two weeks. I did tabata method once a week for those two weeks and lifted three times a week. My starting weight for the experiment was 307. Now I’m down to 280.
I’m lifting four times a week now and am preparing to play football in the fall. I eat six small meals a day now. I eat very clean. Mostly fruits, vegetables, beef, fish, and protein shakes. I want to be down to 270 for the start of team camp in august.
