The weight felt heavy as shit in my hands today. Everything moved okay though.

Lowerbody Max effort.

Assuming the bar weighs 25kg, it might be heavier. This variation is definetly a weak point of mine and it feels very awkward.

Took many warmups to get the band right. I think the band adds about 20-25kg at the top. My head wasn’t in it for the first attempt of 170, but came back after a minute and got it for a grindy rep. Funnily enough i’ve never pulled 170 conventional off the floor.

Did the sumo sldl with band and a kettlebell, some pulldowns and abs to finish off. Also, me and my friend had a competition with 20kg weighted plank, which i won with a result of 50 seconds.
