i can check sometime, maybe look at my old posts here, but i believe i tested first in october, my testosterone level was 313 on a scale from 241 to 827, pretty low
i am a 33 year old male, i started doing REZ-V and Alpha Male i think in the end of october (i’ll look later) i started maybe a month ago doing ZMA at night, 2 REZ-V in the morning with two Alpha Male, then two Alpha Male in the afternoon, then 3 ZMA before bed,
long story short, i didnt expect much, i dont have alot of faith in supplements to be honest, i have the results from this past monday and i am at 443, not great, but it seems a pretty big increase from just a couple of natural supps, i am very very happy, that is a 41.5% increase, actually i just figured that number out and i am extremely happy, Biotest has a new lifelong customer. now i just need to figure out how to pay for my next batch,
i was going to just do ZMA and HOT-ROX, but after seeing the results here i think i should stick with what works, maybe through in some Spike, or if i can afford it some Surge
i wish i had the patience to test each separately, now i just know that the three together work for me, i’ll post more later, but just letting you guys know what great results i had with this
when i started this a few months ago i was told that when i did the final test to make a thread with bold lettering saying “blood test results from Alpha Male”, i did that and was just wondering why the title was edited, some people here really wanted to see the final numbers, the title is ok but i think people would like to know it was an actual test on testosterone, not just me talking about my results
though i guess a couple hundred people have read the thread so it isnt too big of a deal
i should add that these numbers are with me going through a divorce and not really getting much sleep so it could even be better, though at 41 % i dont know,
now will it drop right back down if i take a few week break? divorce is making finances tough, but with these results i am going to make it work somehow
for sure, at first i didnt think the libido was changed but just lately it is pretty high, also, i know its probably newbie gains but i am doing reps on the bench press with an extra 25 and 10 pound plate on each side, so much stronger, my wife has noticed for sure, maybe thats why she wants to get back together
i have never had really noticable muscle mass and you can really tell now in my upperback/shoulders and legs now, but thats probably mainly because of my now 136 pound weight loss, carry that much weight around for 7 years or so then lose it, my calves look stronger than i ever thought they would
mentally i am still pretty messed up, with the divorce/marriage situation i am just stressed out no matter what.
i am thinking of doing these same supps, then adding one or two to help my workouts, i am thinking of Surge but i lost the weight from a low carb diet, but if i workout early, take it after, then i have all day to burn the carbs
i am just so scared of gaining the weight again, but its a year and a half now and my diet is totally different than it used to , i dont cheat at all , ever, i havent had icecream or brownies for all that time and am not tempted, so i think i could handle the extra carbs from Surge
anyway, sexually at first i didnt notice alot, now i want to hump anything , hard to even visit the exwife without something popping up to say hi
Yeah, I suggest you workout a bit longer before trying out Surge. However, I believe that as long as you take Surge Post-Workout, the extra carbs will only benefit you.
Good on the results man, happy for you. Some of the biggest T killers are elevated stress levels, poor diet, and inactivity. Keep working out, no matter what, go to the gym even if you don’t feel like it. Until it is such an ingrained habit it will kill you not to go get your workout in. Make sure go get your good healthy whole foods in and healthy fats (Flameout) the precursor to Testosterone.
And, get adequate rest sleep deprivation is another test killer. Keep using REZ-V and ZMA regularly and run intermittent cycles of Alpha or TRIBEX. Don’t forget Flameout!!! Keep your head up during this rough time with your significant other.

Are there actual symptoms of low T? [/quote]
I can say that for me, it was a definite and resounding “YES”.
Loss of libido, no motivation, depression, unable to gain strength/mass (probably had to do with not caring if I got to the gym or not), and a general feeling of malaise.
I repeat tho… that was how I felt, someone else will probably feel different.
I just started the REZ-V and ZMA myself, so we’ll see how that helps me (I’m also on 200ml/wk Test Cyp, so I don’t use Alpha Male)
hey guys, check out my profile , i added some pics, one of me at 341 pounds, one at 239, then just a few off my cell phone now at about 205 pounds, i know it wont impress anyone (not putting it in rate my physique) but i just wanted to show the progress i have made
lost a ton of fat,now i am trying to just gain some muscle and still not gain any weight, i am for sure going to keep the ZMA and REZ-V, and will cycle the Alpha Male, and of course whey fishoil,
thanks, looking at those pics really gives me some motivation to keep going hard,
i just went an spent yet another 500 bucks at the store here, just ordering ahead for Rez-V, Alpha Male, Metabolic Drive, and zma, also i am going to just go ahead and try Spike and Surge, it makes it easier to spend money knowing for sure by blood tests that it is working
i’ll settle in on my regular supps sometime this year, if Surge is as good as people say that may be added to the list of Rez-V,zma,whey as regulars along with cycles of Alpha Male, i’ll just work my butt off in the morning at the gym and take the Surge then, hopefully the carbs wont make me put on any weight that way

That’s the key bro. If ones workout consisted of doing three sets of triceps kickbacks on the bosu ball with the five pounders and calling it a day after a ‘grueling workout’ I’d say leave the Surge alone. However, if your doing a worthy workout in regard to volume and intensity Surge is the King for recovery and won’t contribute to any fat gain. Remember that post workout, if the workout was real, the body is primed to use carbs and amino acids/protein for restocking glycogen stores and promoting muscle repair.
I second the Surge. I think it is one of the best supps I have ever used. For me anyway it does take a day off of full recovery. As in, I am ready to work 100% on the third day instead of the fourth.
I am the opposite body type. Skinny guy trying to get bigger. I had a bit of a gut when I started working out but it is gradually going away so I don’t think it is fattening.
Congrats on your good progress though! keep it up.
