My 10 Month Transformation

^

Told ya.

Don’t forget Ronnie Coleman. He went on Roseanne’s old Nationally syndicated TV talk show with his then girlfirend Vicki Gates and said that he was completely natural, so I believe him.

Seriously though, if someone wants that information out there, I think they’ll make it known, or post in other threads/subforums. With the way the internet is, some people are fully forthcoming with who they are in real life etc, and others aren’t. The reasons can be range from simply wanting to preserve one’s anonymity in regard to real life statuses, or possibly some means of cover as one magically inflates their various stats with no way for other 'net folk to confirm or deny. It’s totally one’s own decision as to whether a person wants to be truthful about their full identity, just as if they make use of certain supplements or practices.

Of course putting someone on the spot in a public forum for something that can possibly be illegal, or even just frowned upon in certain places, or by certain people isn’t exactly the most considerate way to ask a question. I can understand why some people get riled up over such a situation.

Good stuff. A few questions about your transformation:

-You started at 215 lbs. How tall are you and what did you eventually weigh to look decent (in your opinion) at your most recent contest?
-What changes did you implement from one contest to the next? Did this actually help, or did you just place better due to it being a different lineup of competitors?
-Would you do anything different? Obviously you didn’t need to ever weigh 219 lb, and were told so by a former Mr. Universe, but do you think hitting 215 was absolutely necessary? (You mentioned how in a hoody all your buddies told you how ‘big’ you were)

Sorry completely forgot about this thread!

Absolutely it was not necessary to get up to 219 or 215 lbs. I was 219, cut down, and bulked back to 215 before changing gyms. I was in a ‘bro bulk’ mind set that the more i weigh, the more people were telling me i looked big, the bigger i wanted to get. A vicious, pointless cycle.

Towards the end of the year I was weighing around 189lbs at my last comp (which was November) and I consider myself to have looked decent then. I would have liked more size, and to look more ripped, but heck, who wouldn’t.

Baby steps, and onwards and upwards from here! Im actually competing again in about 8 weeks
