Ronnie’s “The Unbelievable” is full of him lifting some crazy weights and eating a whole lot. He comes across as a very likeable guy. Good DVD.
Jason Wojo’s DC training DVD is very informative on DC training and covers everything you need to know. There’s some pretty funny stuff in there too. Also some silly weights being lifted.
Justin Harris’ Project Superheavyweight also features some crazy weights with the man himself and Steve Kucklo doing the 3-day DC split. Also features a complete nutrition DVD.
Finally, I last bought David Henry’s Xtreme Measures. It even features him playing the drums. It’s not a “must see” unless you follow David Henry, but it is shows his version of RP training, and explains his massive progress in recent years and probably why he has the best back pound for pound at the moment.[/quote]

Agreed on the DVD’s.
Ronnie’s “Cost of Redemption” is also pretty neat.
Btw, Markus Rühl’s DVD’s are pretty cool… Big and Loving it as well as Made in Germany. Some funny scenes of him shopping with his wife in there, too (that guy seen from the back is just impossibly wide… And people have a hard time believing what they’re seeing lol).
Yates’ DVD (obviously) is another good candidate…
I think Frank McGrath’s Animal training stuff could be in there, though I’m not sure about “must see”.
Since almost every pro trains the same (yates being somewhat of an exception here), almost all the training footage is the same “ramp up weight over 3-4 sets, 2-4 exercises per bodypart”, etc.
I like the DC DVD’s like Justin Harris’ p. shw and Dave Henry’s extreme measures as well as Wojo’s due to them showing a different training style as well and you might find one or two great exercises in there that you weren’t aware of, previously.
