TRT regime is 120 mg test e week. In 2 divided doses.
HCG 250 IU x 3 days a week. Started on liquid arimidex .25 mg x m,w,t
Total of .75 mg a week… It has been 3 weeks since I started the ai and in the last week or so I have been feeling awful, tired, somewhat moody, libido is down some , but my erections are still better than when estradiol is high… But worst of all my elbows knees and hips are really sore.
Got blood drawn today , but I’m calling it now… Low e…
I will drip ai for a week or so in confidence…
In the same boat as you, man. Got my test result and it came less then 3 reading on the sensitive, range 3-70. I had no issues with energy and joint pain however. Good luck.

What kind of issues did you have ?
low libido, tough time keeping it up, increased refractory period are the main ones. weight gain is easier, weight loss harder. some loss of competitive drive. slightly more irritable in stressful situations. used to be more calm and steady in my 20s
So it’s been another day and my estradiol has likely gown lower since my last dose.
My joints are killing me and libido is all but gone. But unlike when my estradiol is high I have no ED with low E.
Just don’t care about sex. When my estradiol is 50-70 I have great libido and the hammer doesn’t always co-operate.
Keep in mind my blood was drawn yesterday and the verdict is still out. Officially !

Just found out I’m in the club. Discontinued anastrozole for a week and start the two drops EOD routine today. Energy/drive is shot. Even getting out of bed is a monumental challenge. Feels strange waiting for more e2. At the end of the day I’m happy that I can drasticly cut the dose though.
Yeah, saves money too! I think I use a couple bottles of RC AI a year.
