Music and Food is a universal love language man, it’s ingrained in the human psyche.
Good food, some good drinks, and good music. It’ll connect everyone. It’s one of the best peace makers and it’s a shame we don’t use it more often.

I was 1/5 for a short time, both in Wpns and in the line. I never fully recovered from the second case of pneumonia I got while in ITB/SOI. Eventually, was awaiting a medsep, so I was sent to regiment, where I worked with the admin chief, and later I was assigned back to the 52 area to support the S-1 shop there. My command and even the chiefs I worked under really went to bat for me—even tried getting me back to the line as an 0311 or just a permanent 0111, since I learned shit on the fly—but I just couldn’t get my lungs back to full strength.
I really wanted to go to a CAAT plt.
I was 1/4 Bravo Co. That sucks man.
Best friend was with 81’s, as their 0621. He was there for the invasion and the battle in Najaf.
Sucks 1/4 got disbanded. They did that shit with 3/4 and within like two years they got stood back up…for like the 100th time.

Pretty new release from these guys. I shared a song once. Again, they are so criminally unknown it’s mindboggling. I haven’t heard such a modern blues band with such a unique sound like them in a bit.

Before reading your post, I saw KK on the screen as I was scrolling and thought you referred to KK Warslut of Destroyer 666. If I recall correctly you are or were a fan of them too.
