Muscle Snatches for Low Volume/High Frequency Training?

Im having the best gains in recent memory on high frequency HIT routines(similar to your dorian yates article and the one in your book)

I would like to swap in muscle snatches in somehwere (replacing a main movement) im not sure what day to put them on and also - should they be done for one all out work set (obviously not hitting failure bc of the nature of the lift) or multiple sets of 3 reps?

It’s a complex lift to put in since they are a whole body movement. They could go on your leg, back or shoulders day.

I personally would put them on shoulder day. First because I feel that’s the main muscle being developed but also because the leg and back days (especially if you have deadlifts in your back day) are more neurologically demanding than the shoulders/triceps day.

As a more technical lift I prefer the multiple sets of 3 approach.
