Just wondering your ideas on Muscle Mi*k by Cytosport Just picked up some Muscle Milk Cake Batter, was just wondering your opinion on it? Also i diluted it 50% muscle milk, 50% pure whey protien isolate so each 35g scoop contains approx 3g fat (1.5) saturated 4.5 g carbs and 24 g protien with 1/4 of the vitamins and minerals listed on the nutrition label of muscle milk .
I did this because i am not a fan of fats and carbs together and plan on mixing this with my oatmeal pre workout and sipping on it intra/post workout please give me your thoughts! Also thr new formula i made resembles Syntha 6 quite a bit
