I have completed two cycles of the Mag10 with great results however on my off weeks I can’t seem to recover quite as quickly. My joints ache all over - it almost feels like my tendons are sore. Does anyone else notice this problem?
After going all out in my workouts for about a month I am beginning to feel like I was hit by a train. I took off a week from training prior to starting Mag10 so I think it would be premature for me to take another week off so quickly. Would it be wiser to cut down the intensity of my workouts when I am not on the Mag10?
