205 + double mini x 3, could of gone 225 but these were pretty damn slow

CG Low cable row 3x15 ( 120? )
Face pulls fuck if I know.

Did a mobility clinic at the gym after. Was productive, will focus more on it after the meet.

ME lower.

Worked up to my last warmup, so 620. Moved well. Had a group of 4 squatting after me so I helped spot/run the mono in between accessories.

GHR 3x10
Single leg reverse hypers 3x15
Banded standing abs 3xswole

Me Upper

Worked up to 440 for a single, was harder than it should of been, my triceps were smoked.

DB Neutral Floor press work up to a hard set of 8, stopped at 90, triceps were not happy

100 overhead tricep extensions with 30lbs to get blood flow

Banded face pulls, air wall slide combo 3x pump

Did 3x15 leg press 2 plates per side
3x10 weighted deadbugs

Being 1 week out i’m in no desire to go ham but got to keep my accessory’s in for work capacity and blood flow.

My lower back has been tight for a few weeks, supposed to have a massage today but that got moved to Tuesday, just need my triceps, glutes, pecs and lats relaxed so I can kick some ass at the meet.

Did some stretching yesterday and got my quads cupped, hips are feeling better, another 2 light stretching sessions or so and I’ll be money there.

Just need to get a massage and get these pecs/triceps fixed up.

My massage therapist is coming to the meet so that’s always super beneficial. ( She’s a powerlifter herself )

Weighed in at 211.8 … not what I wanted, was hoping for 214-215 range but ohh well.

Just ate a ton of breakfast, will eat more salt and fluids throughout the day to try and keep some weight on.

There’s only around 20 lifters so tomorrow might be a really good day or a really bad day.

Meet did not go anywhere near planned.

670 squat opener missed
670 for 2nd, got it, barely
700 squat 3rd, miss right at the top

There was 18 lifters, my flight was made to go first so we could control the pace of the meet. I’ve never squatted at 9:30am before. My body was in pain, nothing was going right, on to bench.

Bench felt great.

405 opener good ( meet PR )
435 2nd good ( meet PR )
455 barely missed at lockout, head judge said take it before letting me grind but that’s how it be sometimes. 450 would of been money.

Deadlifts
Felt good warming up
570 opener solid, but a bit hard to get to the bar
600 2nd, right hand wasn’t set before pulling, drop.
600 3rd, hips way to high to start, pitched too far forward and stuck too damn close to lockout for comfort

Meet was done in 5 hours. Hahahahahaha. I never want to do that again.
Ended the day with a 15lb meet PR total, can’t complain too much.

Bloody fine effort mate! A PR albeit small is still a win.
How much do ya reckon you get out of the suit? Do you have briefs on too?

Right now probably about 200-250lbs.

Yes I wear briefs.

Yeah small PR’s build bigger totals over time. I know 700+ is there on squats, was just a very bad day.

Last night I did some hamstring stretching, quad stretching, ab/aduction machine and left the gym.

Feeling a bit better today. Just got to get my pelvis functioning properly again.

Still a good meet performance but damn 930 am for squat session. I usually don’t get to lift till after 12.
