Did a mobility clinic at the gym after. Was productive, will focus more on it after the meet.
50% squats + grey bands 8x2 these felt pretty good

Being 1 week out i’m in no desire to go ham but got to keep my accessory’s in for work capacity and blood flow.
My lower back has been tight for a few weeks, supposed to have a massage today but that got moved to Tuesday, just need my triceps, glutes, pecs and lats relaxed so I can kick some ass at the meet.
670 squat opener missed
670 for 2nd, got it, barely
700 squat 3rd, miss right at the top
There was 18 lifters, my flight was made to go first so we could control the pace of the meet. I’ve never squatted at 9:30am before. My body was in pain, nothing was going right, on to bench.
Bench felt great.
405 opener good ( meet PR )
435 2nd good ( meet PR )
455 barely missed at lockout, head judge said take it before letting me grind but that’s how it be sometimes. 450 would of been money.

Felt good warming up
570 opener solid, but a bit hard to get to the bar
600 2nd, right hand wasn’t set before pulling, drop.
600 3rd, hips way to high to start, pitched too far forward and stuck too damn close to lockout for comfort
Meet was done in 5 hours. Hahahahahaha. I never want to do that again.
Ended the day with a 15lb meet PR total, can’t complain too much.
