Multigrain Chips, With Soy Protein

So my mom brought me home a bag of these multigrain “carvin carbs” chips.
Per 11chip serving.
140cals
7g of fat (1g sat)
15g carbs
4g protein
Seemed pretty good to me then I scrolled through the ingrediants. Corn…canola oil, oat fibre, flax seed, whole wheat flour, soy protein…now i dont know much but i hear a lot of bad things about soy so 2questions.

A) Is a little bit of soy protein harmful?

B) Would this be a good thing to add to a P+F meal or what not or to snack on?

Thanx

It’s not that big of a deal. I don’t think it’s the best choice. If you want it, have it. Just don’t make it a staple.

That’s just a typical potato chip/junk food profile. Sure more protein, but high in fat and still plenty of carbs. Treat it as a junk food, soy or not.
