Are they a crock or is there a worthy product out there?
Opti-Men by Optimum nutrition is an excellent product, very inexpensive as well.

x2. This is what I use. I can’t tell you if its being assimilated efficiently or if it “works”, but I use it.
MegaMan Sport? Seems to do the trick…
fo rmultis i would get out of the sports supplement realm and go to something that is medically used for vitamin deficiencies. Ultramolecular solutions alpha base caps with iron is a very good one. also metagenics or pure encapsulations.
Some claim that it’s too much, which I can agree with sometimes. However, most even in abundance seem to be pretty harmless, and I don’t carry around a blood tester to constantly test what I’m deficient in.
So would you rather have too much with no side effects?
or suffer the side effects of deficiencies?

Excess Riboflavin is very unlikely to be toxic when taken orally.
