Douglas labs makes a great MV…Ultra Preventative X is the name
Personally, I think taking a high quality MV is good “insurance”
I take Biotest’s Superfood and this MV

Some fat-soluble vitamins can be toxic in large doses but having an extra multi vitamin a day is hardly going to cause an overdose.
ok thanks. but another question is, will it be beneficial for me, or my body wont absorb most of it
As others have said you cannot replace vegetables/real food with supps. You can’t replace veggies with fruits either, but you’re a grown up so that’s up to you. That said, IMO you would probably get far more benefit from a “green food” supplement like Superfood or something comparable than you would from a second MV. The chemistry of plants is vastly more complex than any multi, so even the best MV will leave large gaps in your overall nutrition. Look at the actual chemical breakdown of broccoli, parsley or whatever. Chlorophyll alone has many benefits which can’t be obtained from any compound in a multi. I thinks it’s reasonable to think that digestion/assimilation will likely be superior with a food concentrate as well, although I can’t produce any science to back this up.
A multi may be good “insurance” in an otherwise solid diet but to use it as a replacement for plant foods is total self-defeat. Taking a second one doesn’t improve upon this.

Just listen to what this guy said.
You can take another one but if your trying to build muscle and are eating so much with vegetables and a multivitamin I would think there is no need. But if you have the money to be spending on multivitamins why not throw in another At least then you are 100% sure.

HAHAHAHa prove why It is wrong don’t you know what happens to vitamins or are you to busy worrying about your protein and trying to make sure your body fat does not drop below 40%.
BONEZ is right!! You might piss out water soluble vitamins like C but when you take excess amounts of fat soluble vitamins like A those can and will cause detrimental effects, especially if you take multiple daily vitamins over a long period of time. Once a day vitamin, means one a day!! Now if you want to be a big guy like BONEZ, do NOT take the advice of a know it all like the bunny bench.
