Moving North of Vag

Damn impressive lifting over here Colin!

Your training is looking solid fellow bald man. I think you can change the name of this thread. You’re definitely north of vag. Deadlifting with a stomach ache must have been no fun.

Very impressive lifting Colin. I’m not sure how you could manage deadlifting with a sore stomach, your more brave than I.

Thanks men, I appreciate ya taking the time to check out my log. I am pleased that my form is tighting up even if the weights are not where I would like them. But then again are the weights ever where you want them?

Check out Cressey’s blog today good stuff!

Good work in here, Colin, deadlifts while sick will either cure you or kill you.

Good MP and deadlift! Deadlifts and stomach issues sounds like an “explosive” combination

Thats cool your step son got you to the gym. I find it enjoyable lifting with my kids (niece and nephew sometimes too). Something about their youth keeps it fun. Hope you and your sister have a good time.

Saturdays are really cool because we normally have the whole family in there doing something. Garrett is training for football and he has been doing 5/3/1 for about 8 weeks. Think i tweaked something in my left tri. I was getting that funny hurt in the elbow.

Took the week off to make sure the Triceps heals. I will get after it again Sunday. I don’t want to be stupid again and be down for another year…

EDITED for dumb ass spelling typo’s

Nice work in here, Colin. Take care of that injury.
