ha i would not be surprised if they come out in 5 yrs with a sequel to it. the final scene would be in the nursing home and take 30 minutes because of their slow moving walkers.

i agree was a load of horse shit. saw it in the cinema and was devastated.

That was the downward spiral into the goofy ass slapstick that both those films where. If Pryor had not made a comment on the Tonight Show 3 would have had a different story and villian perhaps Bizarro or Mister Mxyzptlk, or perhaps another of Superman’s rogues instead we got the Luthor knock off and Pryor in a PG comedy
Superman 3 was a big step down… But superman IV was dogshit.
Aha but i the first had not bombed Warner Bros wouldn’t have sold off the rights for 4 and cut the budget it is all part of a pattern
That is good history to know. I recently watched all five films again with my daughter and I could not get over how cheesy all the flying was in 4. It looked SO BAD. I didn’t know about the budget cuts. Obviously… the story, plot, and just about everything else was horrible too.
Superman IV was a Cannon movie. 'Nuff said.

Kinda go hand in hand.

Actually it just jolted my brain…

Miami Vice is the worst film ever!!!

Actually along with nicholas cage, Colin farrell should be banned from ever being filmed, the only kinda of decent film he did was swat. He is so bad it kinda makes me cringe when i see him

He was good in horrible bosses but he only had a minor role in that.
Even though I agree with everything you said, In Bruges is in my top 100 films - in spite of the movie having Farrell’s name on the DVD cover.

Van Helsing

The Highlander sequels (although there’s a strong argument that there shouldn’t have been any, given the “there can only be one” battlecry of the immortals)

Lethal Weapon 3 & 4 (Riggs changes from a mentally and emotionally unstable combat vet into a bit of a practical joker. He also loses his mullet, Sampson-like)

The Crow sequels ( what do you do when your leading man dies and you still turn out a decent movie? Flood the market with a series of increasingly pointless cash-ins that’s what).

I agree. Great film.

But Nick Cage and his films can go to hell.

I forgot about in Bruges, watched it a few weeks back and thought it was pretty good.

But i think its the exception and not the rule for him.

LOL!

[gravelly voiced trailer narration] They sent him there, but he broke out [/ gravelly voiced trailer narration]:

Nick Cage: the most overpaid Elvis impersonator on the planet. When will he learn that acting like Elvis in movies isn’t cool? It didn’t even work for Elvis himself…

For reasons I can’t quite explain, Colin Farrell reminds me of Oscar the Grouch. I think it’s the eyes…CF’s eyes don’t move either.

Yeah, but Oscar had a reason to be a jerk.

Tim Burton’s Planet of the Apes.

Totally. Well, I did like Mark Wahlberg (I just like him anyway).
Although on some level it was entertaining (though forgettable days later), it never had that gritty sense of doom like the original.

The Wicker Man
…Worst ending ever
