I don’t think he can show his lats while showing his traps like this. It has to do with the shoulder position compared to a front lat spread, where you’d be lucky to see his traps.

i do think some ppl like those lines in the abs or at the very least need a significant amount of hypertrophy and low bf to show
At 6’2" I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to weigh 225 with a similar bf%. Chest and lats need to catch up. I only hope you train your lower half as hard as you have the upper. How about an example of your training and diet?
