bushido helped me a lot as far as giving me a baseline knowledge to work with when it came to dealing with my HRT doctor and subsequent therapy,

there is an guy in the old farts forum probably nobody has heard of, but BarryJenkins is in his mid early 60’s, 6’4", 270lbs, RAW close grip benches close to 400lbs, standing barbell curls 225 for reps, and does rack pulls with close to 800lbs. he is an inspiration to me to be strong at any age.

as far as who impresses the hell out of me just as a fan, Synergy is a special athlete, played D-line at the NFL level, and cleaned 500lbs, that clean in itself makes him a world class athlete.
