Hello Everyone!!
This log will be to track and share all my athletes training with everyone and hopefully this will generate healthy discussion amongst all type of lifters and coaches.
Athlete A Info:
Currently he is playing semi profession football and nearing retirement, I reached out to him to take over his strength program to help develop him into a proper offensive lineman. I have coached his team before and he knows my credentials as an offensive line coach, so it was not a hard task to get him on board.
I put him through 8 weeks of a prep course to get him ready for his pre season training where he posted a Life time Broad Jump Pr at 83.25 inches, while being 30lbs heavier and a lot older than his last record.
Here is the first cycle break down with out his numbers:

Athlete A
is only able to training two days a week and has a speed coach for an additional three days

This was suppose to be 10x2 but he did 8 reps and some how did it all and set a new record today.
