Why don’t more ladies post in some of the off-beat threads, like GAL and Politics? We always treat women with respect. However, if you want to argue and throw insults, those are some really great activities. I mean, let’s face it: ‘Bra Rash’? ‘Getting Ready for a Wedding’? Snnnnoooooorrrreeeee…

I love women. They bring a different perspective, usually more rational than the men. Women are also often peacemakers, which is cool.
My wife is my inspiration. Here she is, going along, just got tenure, when along comes HH saying that God told him to go adopt a little girl from China. Of course, she thinks I’m crazy (guilty) but then I got her: “Any good Christian can send a once-a-month check to a charity. It takes a real Christian to bring a child into your home.” How was she going to argue with that?
BTW: right around that corner is where my daughter was found by a cop. She was left in a cardboard box. And I thought my early life sucked…

Cute baby!! I agree that more women should post around these parts. Sometimes I hesitate because people don’t think before they hit submit. Some people who don’t have a life outside of the internet take it out on you just because they don’t agree with your thoughts/opinions.
I love to debate and hear different opinions but not if there is going to name calling and childish stuff like that.
I have no interest in politics and already spend way too much time here. Maybe you should have put this in the women’s forums to get the women who don’t come here to post?
