Hey guys, been lurking on this forum for the last year or so and just recently started my first cycle. A friend of mine at the gym has helped me, along with this forum, to get me started. The cycle we laid out looks like this:
Week 1-6: 500mg Test E
Weeks 6-12 600mg Test E
Weeks 6-12 75mg Anavar per day
My friend has about 5 years experience with AAS, and certainly looks the part, however I would like a second opinion as to how my cycle is layed out.
Any thoughts/questions/bashing will be greatly appreciated. If upping the test/adding in the Anavar seems like a stupid move, please tell me, as that’s really the only thing I’m concerned about.
There is no real point to bump it from 5-600 for first cycle, you’d need to buy an extra vial then have 3/4 of it left over so. Other than that it looks good, post your PCT plan / stats as well.

Ok, thanks for the reply.
23 years old, 6’4, 255 pounds - Probably around 17% bodyfat (strictly powerlifting so I don’t care about the extra weight).
The plan is to cruise till my next cycle, then I will be doing a PCT.
