I disagree with all of you…
When I was working out late at night/empty gym. Another guy and I would yell hoot and holler and grunt growl to get psyc’d up for heavy lifts. It was fun. Sometimes we would carry on like Ronnie Coleman. Specially after breaking PR’s and stuff. Which I might not have done if I was not being a wise ass. Once you do it and you are having fun doing it you might want to do it more often. There should be no alarms saying don’t get into what your doing. I think people should stop paying attention to others and start doing for themselves. Just my five cents.[/quote]
You are better off conserving your energy and concentrating on your work, instead of growling and grunting and carrying on.
The gym is not a circus. If you want to go act like a clown, then I suggest you join a circus.
Keep your 5 cents.

Of course its a circus.its where freaks are made afterall.
If people want to do that kind of shit what’s the issue? Comet people listen to music to get hyped and some learn they need to let it out. Shit people find their own ways to get in the zone whether its whistling or tapping their thigh exactly 3 times before sets.
I’ve actually seen very few quiet max deadlifts…
Either way…do what ya what feel needs to be done to prepare for where ya wanna go. I ain’t gonna complain if a guy is blending his intensity with his fun…that’s called passion.
