I don’t see the gym as anything different than a practice field
There is a difference between having some fun and acting like a douchebag.

No there isn’t. Lots of things you find fun are pretty douchelike to others.

Its all relative. If I like it im gonna do it. Fuck what you or anyone else is talking about.

I don’t understand how anyone can lift weights WITHOUT grunting or doing that pssshht breathing thing.

I personally grunt and psssshhht everytime I’m really pushing myself. If I’m struggling to hit that last rep, you can bet I’m being noisy. Doesn’t matter what lift I’m doing.

Before a REALLY heavy set I psyche myself up by doing this weird fast, heavy breathing thing I do. Couldn’t give a shit if it puts anyone else off.

in fact, now I think about it, sometimes I even let out a mighty roar if I’ve really struggled to lock out a rep!

Those might roars are very fun ;)… I can say that just today I had blasted the music to the highest I can get it (would of made it louder if I could) , started to psyche my self up, then get on the bench throw off my shirt (felt like a good thing to do at that moment) and there was plenty of grunting and fast breathing. And quite a few fun things are very douche like.

That’s not douche-like. That’s just retarded.

For the record.

How homo-erotic of you.

I hope you wipe equipment down after your love session with the weights.

Fuck this , I’m not explaining my shit again.

Dont worry Nards, I understand.

I deadlifted last night. Didn’t grunt at all. 4 sets of 15 @120 kg. I didn’t fucking grunt at all. Maybe the occasional psshhh here and there.

But what I made sure to do was to drop one of the longest and loudest fart bomb ever on the last rep, every single time I finished a set. And then shout ‘‘fuuuuuck!!’’ as loud as I could.

Yes. That felt good. Whoever had an issue with that had to come tell me to my face. But before that, they had to bypass my gas fortress.

Hahahahaha!!!

If you grunt and anyone has a problem with it, you aren’t big enough…or you train at planet fitness.

What else is there to argue about?

Is passing gas like a wet balloon easier because you like it in the A a lot?
Ct. Rockula wrote:

Why would anyone want to draw attention to themselves if the weights are small?

For the same reason that any gymborg would kit themselves out in more fashion than bodyweight.

Half of the time I dont smell shit anyway.

Your gas fortress does not even register.

Excessively noisy repper gets shot. Refuses to die quietly:
