Whoa! We are blessed! TC speaks! TC welcome to the forum, it’s nice to see you post a little message on here. Sorry I couldn’t be there for the expo. I look forward to meeting you in the future. Keep up the good work T-brothers!

JB, I appreciate the info. Just one or two more that I thought of…if I were to do an aerobic workout first thing in the morning, in your opinion, would it be alright to do it on an empty stomach? If this were the case, would a regular meal following the cardio session be okay, or would a similar postworkout drink be a better idea? I really feel I need to throw some cardio back into the mix, even if it’s just on days off from training. I was also wondering if you had tried the hydrolysate protein shake prior to your training (as suggested by John U)? I have actually done the hydro with 5g of ribose and 10g of glutamine about an hour to my training, and I do think it has a marked effect. My energy levels are excellent, my focus is razor sharp and I feel like I could keep training for hours (effectively). I thought you said you were going to give it a shot and I was just curious as to whether or not you had or not. Thanks, JB.

As far as am cardio. I dont like it as much as post-workout cardio. Energy levels are low, intensity sucks, and it can very catabolic if done before any meals. I guess if intensity stays low then you can get away with it. As an independent workout, it can certainly increase insulin sensitivity for a few hours after so any meals after that would be quite anabolic. So it’s up to you. As far as the pre- shake. No, havent tried it. Im a big fan of eating 8oz of beef with a big salad and some omega 3’s about 1-1.5 hours prior to training. This meal and the drinks during and after have become my habitual intake and I really like the effects so Im gonna stick with them.
