I’m going for Bulking here:

Wake Up:

TRIBEX or Alpha Male

Meal 1:
(Eggs, Potatoes, Fruit etc)
MultiVitamin
Fish Oil
Milk

Meal 2:
Chicken or Protein Shake/Bar
Fish Oil
Milk

BCAA
TRIBEX / Alpha Male

Meal 3:
(Beef/Chicken/fish, Rice/Pasta, Vegetable Salad)
Milk

Meal 4:
(Cold Cut Sandwich, Vegetables)
Milk

ZMA

Protein Shake

4 HRS Sleep
BCAA
4HRS Sleep


One Training Days (4 days/week)

I’ll take the BCAA before during and after training.
Also I’ll take Surge pre and post. As well as Creatine And then eat a big meal.

Notes:

I usually drink a Gallon or More 2% Milk a day.

All Biotest except for Evening Protein (Optimum Nutrition)

You didn’t list height, weight, quantities (how much chicken/how many eggs/etc), and time of day.

Take a look at David Barr’s articles in the archive on sleep and pre-bed and nocturnal feedings. One was one of his first, and one was recent and on rest.

I wouldnt disturb sleep to ingest bcaa’s.
