Thanks Fischer. For my wide stance GMs I put my feet out nearly as far as the power rack will let me, have a low bar placement, and now more then ever have a controlled decent to roughly perpendicular. When these go up, my squat and DL zoom accordingly. Also I really concentrate on forcing my ass out and keeping knees bent but locked.

Hey Mac, I am training twice a week now at a private PL gym. Monday night lower night is and hour to an hour and half rush hour drive.

Trick is to keep your whole ‘core’ (after the bosu ball phase in every gym I hate that phrase) tight and also treat it for what it is: a fucking straight legged deadlift with the bar on your back, not on the floor.
