i bought a flipvideo at Bestbuy. it’s under $200 and it’s about as simple to use as it gets. it has a flipout thingy that plugs right into your computer. it downloads the software when you plug it in and it recharges itself as it’s plugged in to your computer.
and you are right… i’m damn sexy!!! i know when the ladies at my gym look the other way in horror as i rub my buddha between sets they are actually holding back their animal lust for me:)
I am severely bummed that my gyms only go up to 130s. It seems to me that to a certain point the weight doesn’t become as much of an issue as the time under tension, if that makes sense.
struggled out of bed and did 30 minutes elliptical. I actually laid in bed warm and wondered if I should bother, then remembered that I had found the peanut butter cups. Figured a half hour would at least diminish the fatness factor. Debating currently if I am starting diet this Monday or the following Monday.
well looks like I will be squattin tomorrow. the Vikings/Packer game on Sunday is goinng to make the gym a ghosttown, so am moving everything up 24 hours. Feel pretty beat up today but oh well, will shoot for ten hour of sleep and a ton of protein between now and then.

woke up feeling really good and was looking forward to training. Had my older boy and my mom over for brunch. Later went to the gym. By the time I got there that good feeling was hard to find.
Reverse band squats 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 5, 405 x 5, 495 x 5, 585 x 3 635 x 4
From 315 on the bar felt really heavy on my back. Shoulders, hips, elbows, all real achy. 635 it finally felt good, funny enough. Was going for 5 but my left knee wrap unraveled and so I racked it. Also started to feel some negative interaction between my NO preworkout drink and the bacon I had at brunch.
Deficit pull 245 x 5, 335 x 5, 425 x 5, 535 x 3
20 lbs more than last time and standing at more of a deficit. Felt easy. Called it a day with quite a bit left in the tank. Had the 3 year old in the childcare and wanted to get him home for nap before trick or treating. Or maybe I had some sand in my vag. Whatever.
