So I’ve seen quite a lot of hints on this forum about not upping both Fat and Carbs when bulking…like not having high fat AND high carb, but more so one of them only.
What draws the line when a macro is high?
I was doing 300-350 CHO and with about 90F. I don’t know the threshold for what a normal/moderate/high fat intake is. I’m guessing it ‘depends’ unless I can find some broad guidelines.

When bulking? Eat everything.
When trying to lose weight you can either go on a low carb type diet or a low fat type diet.

This is the exact advice that will turn the OP into a pile of shit. Be more specific. I mean you don’t have to lay his diet out for him but a blanket statement such as the one you made will do him no good.
OP, fool around with your macros. Keep carbs and pro around the same % to start, maybe 50%c and 35-40%p. Monitor your progress every 2-3 weeks. Make 5% adjustment to the carbs and fats as you see fit. Keep protein at 1.2 - 1.5g per lb to start and 2-2.5g on the carbs. See how that plays out with the macro%. Fool with those 2 as much as you can before you start to add in more fat %.
