Modified Hatfield Split-Forearm and Calf Add on Program

I am running the EOD Mod Hatfield Split to a T according to your article on such.
Awhile back I purchased your Calf and Forearm Add-Ons and I would like to implement them…maybe on a rest day? but I first wanted to check with you to to see if you foresee any problems with doing such.

Yeah, that’s kinda what I do. Well, not calves since I don’t train them. But on off days I do forearms and abs.

Forearm, abs and calves are pretty much the only muscles that I think are ok to do on “off” days since they have such. low impact on central fatigue.
