Modern Monetary Theory: A Primer

And his choice was allowed by a shit system.

Not surprised you blame the system instead of individual responsibility (or assholery in this case). Here’s a question: Why wasn’t your friend the manager? He had been there 6 or 7 years as you say? surely he couldve have gotten promoted. Or, more likely if he was friends with you, he was a lazy POS who didn’t want to anything more than menial work and probably did that as lazily as he could get away with.

Not surprised you can’t look beyond or to the system that allowed this to happen. If the system were better he would not be allowed to do this.

The system is simply a set of rules to play the game in. You didn’t answer my question. Why wasn’t he promoted to a higher level (such as manager) if he had been there for a while? In 6 years at my current position I went from a contributor level to a lead technical level. Again, why didn’t your friend move up?

I am going to guess because he didn’t feel it necessary to push forward in life, to learn new things, to grow. He was okay staying at level one only.

If you say, but those set of rules are horrible.

You didn’t ask a question that I was privy to the knowledge of how that business is run.

Yes you assume. You know what happens when you assume?

Happens in every system.

Can it not be gotten rid of? Or is this just a forgone conclusion?

Your still an ass an i become one temporarily.

The point stands that if he was there 6 or more years, why was he not in a supervisory role unless he sucked?

One system replaces another with other pros and cons. Some people are going to lose, some are going to win.
It sucks, but again the nature of life is suffering. Get fucking used to it.

Haven’t we covered this a few different times?

What has changed that Castoli might reflect that his behavior caused his dismissal?

On the other hand, this is entertaining and that is one of the pleasures of this forum.

No, because you’re useless.

Oddly enough, you’re asking the same question about your “friend” that you asked about yourself. And that brings me to my next question: Did this guy’s wife really remember that she was your girlfriend in kindergarten?

Edit: Is it possible the guy railing your former “girlfriend” was not jealous, but concerned that a 30-some-year-old guy would bring up the fact that he’d “dated” his wife in kindergarten?

Judging from @castoli711’s disappearance, I must have hit the nail on the head.

Nah, that’s what he does remember? Give him 3 weeks and he’ll either create a whole new thread like this one doesn’t exist or he’ll respond as if all of the comments never occurred.

Computer issues.

And as usual you have no idea what you’re talking about so you have to make up things.
