This is almost a 3 year old article. That’s practically ancient in modern journalism.
Also why do you need so many accounts? Don’t know how to use the forgot password button or too many porn viruses?

Does it have to be an either-or situation?
I didn’t make up a thing. The only statement I made was the one about you asking the same question about your “friend” that you asked about yourself. And you did. The rest of my post was questions for you. And you didn’t answer them, which tells me the truth about you may be even more pathetic than I’d imagined.
Ahhh…this… Did this guy’s wife really remember that she was your girlfriend in kindergarten? Like WTF? Man I’ve never seen members of a forum have to make shit up to fit their beliefs.
Doesn’t mean they aren’t scared.
Computer stopped working so I made a new account as I didn’t know you could just retrieve your password. Besides I no longer use proton mail so I’m not even sure of it’s password.
Then you should look in the mirror
What exactly do you think they are scared of?
Other politicians thinking it’s okay to spend whatever the fuck they want to with not regard to potential consequences? Seems like something prudent to warn against
That people wake up to their lies and ignorance. If that happens, there goes 95+% of their arguments and their power over people diminishes greatly.
Lies sure. Ignorance? For the majority of politicians holding high power positions for a long time I doubt this is true. You don’t maintain power by being a moron.
Okay, maybe it’s all lying, which makes it even worse.
And as usual, you have to mischaracterize MMT’s position as NO ONE says you can spend infinitely and in perpetuity.
Right, the caveat is bumping up production to unsustainable levels and somehow (with the aid of pixie dust) getting to zero unemployment.
If i have missed it, when and at what level does the spending cap in MMT trigger? If there is no succinct answer, the cap doesn’t actually exist.
You tell all of us that, but you will never lay out exactly what MMT says, or how spending should be capped. You make vague statements about productive capacity limiting currency production, but you won’t tell us how.
Unless a central planner controls every part of the economy, I see no way that can work(a central planner causes at least as many problems, but could possibly get productive capacity and currency creation even for a while). Can you explain how it would work? My brain tells me that is exactly the point of MMT, with no evidence to the contrary.
Am I an expert at MMT?No, just a lay person.
So vague, it was used by Greenspan.
When inflation arises, taxation could go up taking money out of the economy.
Oh so now the goal post is being moved. First it was the U.S. is on the verge of BK, now you claim that production must be at unsustainable levels. Where is your proof for such statements?
You sure push it, for someone who is now supposedly ignorant.
Huh? Your vague statements were used by Greenspan?
Ah. That sounds like it would work well.
So if you’re not an expert you are ignorant?
Yep. Posted it several times. Once as a quote and also in a video. Did you not catch it?
And how wouldn’t it work?
No, but if you can’t offer anything at all…you’re ignorant.
Are you talking about the video you completely misinterpret and repeatedly post?
Central Command: “We made too much monies last year.”
Productive Guy: “I need to produce more, to keep up with demand.”
Central Command: “Give me that extra monies.”
Productive Guy: “I spent a lot of money producing everything I needed to meet demand, and now nobody’s buying. I’ll have to keep this in mind in the future.”
Central Command: “Nobody’s producing enough stuff. Must print more monies.”
Productive Guy: “Last time there was this much demand, I got fucked in the ass with all of the goods I made that no one could buy after their money was taken. I won’t make that mistake again.”
Central Command: “The market can’t meet demand. Must take over.”
Productive Guy: ?
Central Command: Yeah.
That’s not at all what I said. You claimed I missed characterized MMT. One of its key features is an increase in production to have 100% employment (a fallacy). If you increase production you increase supply. For many things today supply is already over-saturated. Increasing that more would just lead to more shit being thrown away. No point in making goods that are unusable just to give someone a job (or vice versa - both are equally dumb).
Name me one good the US currently doesn’t have an excess of. And don’t even think about saying food - just look up how much food gets tossed by grocery stores every year.
I didn’t move the goalpoasts. Those are the ones set by MMT (as detailed by you, links you have posted, and every video I have seen on the subject).
Also you refused to answer the question. Where is the issuing and/or spending cap?
He doesn’t know enough to say; he just has faith that there’s an expert somewhere who does. That’s the answer he repeatedly gives.
