First time training in a while. It’s my spring break, so I went home and ate pretty horribly. By horribly I mean almost not at all. Therefore today’s training was a lot harder than it should have been. I’m sure once I get my eating going again, things will pick up. I’m also following some advice from arramzy, so my training will be more geared towards that.

Same happened to me, went home for Spring break and just devoured shit. Lost 3 pounds already in about 4 days since getting back to school.

I was the exact opposite haha. I have to make myself eat, otherwise I’ll go all day just eating a handful of something. I probably lost 5 pounds over 4 days.

Felt really sore in the legs today, but came and squatted anyways. Once I got loose and got the blood moving, everything felt great. Squats were much tighter than yesterday.

Haven’t ever really sumoed before, but I’m gonna run with it for a while. All of the reps were easy, I mean it’s only 405, but about 4 of them felt really good. I need to make all of them feel like that.
