Whats the word on Periworkout nutrition for MMA/ Muay Thai Workouts, not positive but I think it was a serving of Surge Workout Fuel sipping prior and during?
Unless I’m very much mistaken, Muay Thai is the same as any other activity that requires you to expend a large amount of sweaty, explosive energy… I dunno why you would think there’s something magical about it that should require thinking beyond “Glucose and electrolytes”.
